| | | | | About M. Asper | | A native Minnesotan, I graduated from High School in Austin and then attended Concordia College in Moorhead where I majored in French, International Business and Scandinavian Studies. During college I spent semesters at the University of Oslo and Rennes Universitys School of Management, in Brittany, France. Following college, I spent six years living in Bemidji, MN working for Concordia Language Villages full time as dean (director) of the French | | Faith, Espen, Stian and Steve | Academic Year programs as well as one of the summer programs (Lac du Bois). Later, I taught middle school French and I completed a Masters of Education degree in Second Languages and Cultures at the University of Minnesota. I recently moved to St. Paul with my wife, Faith, and my two sons, Espen and Stian, who are five and three-years-old respectively. This year (07 - 08) will be my fifth teaching at L'Etoile du Nord.
