| | | | | About Madame Tran | | Bonjour! My name is LeQuyen Tran and I am so excited to be your child's
5th grade teacher this year. I will be teaming with Mme Lacey and
Mme Anderson and we have planned a fantastic year of learning and
discovery for your child.
I have been teaching 4th and 5th grade in the Saint Paul Public Schools for
over 10 years. With a Master's in Gifted and
Talented Education from the University of Saint Thomas, I intend to challenge
every child and address all my students' different talents.
I am married and have two grown children and many pets. My daughter Vân
just got married last summer! My
son Chi just graduated from the University of Minnesota. Our dog Jink is
bilingual too! She understands both English and Vietnamese!
I traveled this summer visiting the chateaux de la Loire on to Bretagne where I spent a fabulous time with Mlle Francois, our intern from last year.
I can't wait to meet all my new students and their families and friends!
