Bonjour! I am thrilled to be embarking on this new journey with your child. I am convinced that this adventure will be a positive and enriching experience for all of us, including ourselves. We are happy to announce a new service for our students and families at LNFI.  Starting this month, Children's Dental Services (CDS) will set up a clinic at school depending on the number of people who sign up. Children's Dental Services (CDS) is an independent, non-profit agency that has provided dental services to low-income youth since 1919.  CDS goals include:  a) to provide affordable, accessible dental care to low-income children and pregnant women; b) to provide culturally focused care that meets the diverse needs of those it serves; c) to provide education, prevention and direct clinical services; and d) to engage with a variety of community groups, governmental agencies, private and non-profit organizations to further the importance of oral health and availability of dental care for low-income individuals and families.  Although it is targeted for low-income families, mid to high income families may also qualify!  Please watch your child's backpack for more information about this wonderful too-good to be true service!
