    Students: This is a reminder that you cannot park in the middle school lot under any circumstances during school hours.

    Attention all Highland Park artists: The deadline for Prizm submissions is coming up.  All submissions must be turned in by spring break to highlandparkprizm@gmail.com or to your English teachers submission box. 

    Highland will be administering the Acuplacer test on Wednesday March 29th.  Students needing to take the Acuplacer for St. Paul College, PSEO or CPA should sign up in the CCRC with Mr. Biermaier.  You MUST have a completed St. Paul College application before you can take the Acuplacer. 

    FFA will be having a meeting on Tuesday March 28th after school in 3206. Everyone is welcome and we will be planning our annual Ag Day, which will be on May 12th.  Hope to see you Tuesday! 

    9th and 10th Graders:  If you are planning to attend one of the MYP Service field trips to Second Harvest or ARC's Value Village, please turn in your signed field trip slips to Ms. Bonk in room 1311.  

    Auditions for the spring musical, 'Pajama Game' will be Tuesday and Wednesday before spring break.  There will be a workshop on Monday March 27th where students will have the chance to learn the audition pieces.  You need only attend one of the audition days.

    There will be a Spain/France trip meeting today in room 1211 at 6:30.  This is the last meeting before our departure....8 days and counting!

    The next meeting of the Prom Committee will be next Monday, March 27th at 2:15 in Ms. Becker's room 2214. All Juniors are welcome to attend!

    Today from 5:30-7:00, Highland Families of 9th, 10th or 11th grade students are invited to a College Planning evening.  Students and families will learn about College options from a panel of admission representatives from private and public 2 and 4 colleges discussing options and college life. They will also hear a presentation from a financial planner about planning for college, how to complete financial aid and how to pay for college. 

    The third annual Highland Park Spring Arts Showcase is this Thursday.  Come and enjoy cultural dance, comedy, theatre, jazz, orchestra and vocal music all in one evening!  Gallery opens at 6 pm and performances begin at 7 pm.  This is a totally free event. See you there!  

    BSU meets today in room 3312 from 2:15-3.  Come help finish the painting for the Spring Arts Showcase!

    There will be a planning meeting after school today for the Spring Musical, "Pajama Game".  It will be in the choir room from 2:15-3:30!

    There is still time to apply for AVID for next year.  Pick up applications outside room 3308 and return to Ms. McGraw.
