Summer French Opportunities
LNFI Summer Camp (Location: LNFI)
Two one-week sessions for returning students will be offered. Students
may attend either week or both weeks. A one-week (half day) session will be available for entering kindergartners. See writeup in Events section.

Other Community Education French Camps (Location: St Paul)
Several additional French camps are being offered through St Paul Community
Education. These camps are described on pages 92-93 of the 2004 Spring/Summer
catalog. A limited number of catalogs are currently available in the LNFI office,
or visit http://www.commed.spps.org.

Alliance Francaise Summer Camp (Location: downtown Minneapolis)
Summer French camps are offered for students ages 4 through 11.
Students may attend either the morning session (9:30 until 12:30) or the
afternoon session (1:00 until 4:00) Monday through Saturday. The summer 2003
camps included three sessions for each age group: 4 - 5, 6 - 8, and 9 - 11.
The 2003 cost was $200 per week plus annual membership ($30/student or

Edina Community Education (Location: Edina)
A variety of classes will be offered in French during the summer for
students entering grades K through 9. Course offerings vary each summer. The
cost of summer 2003 classes ranged from $48 to $152. For more information

late March.
