1. Regulate the time your kids watch TV or play video games. 2. Eat meals together as a family and eat at the table - not in front of the TV. Eat slowly and enjoy the food. 3. Involve children in meal planning and grocery shopping. 4. Don't use food as a reward or punishment. 5.
