L’Etoile du Nord French Immersion (LNFI) is the only French immersion school in St. Paul. Students who begin at LNFI in kindergarten or first grade become functionally bilingual by the end of 5th grade and can continue their French studies through middle and high school. With many native French speakers on staff and a highly-involved parent community, LNFI offers remarkable learning opportunities to our students.
Starting TUESDAY, December 2, the times for all of our bus stops have changed. In the morning, they will be generally 3 minutes earlier, and in the evening they arrive back generally 5 minutes later.
Please look in your child's backpack Monday, 12/1 for the new route copies.
If you have questions, please call the office at 651-221-1480.

We are starting our annual Cards for a Cause Fundraiser to raise funds for the 5th grade trip to France in the Spring.
There are 3 different boxes of handmade, individually greeting cards to sell. Each box sells for $30 and there are 30 cards per box - at just $1 per card, they are a great value. LNFI will get $13 back for each card box you sell to fund extra excursions, buses, and other things for the 5th grade trip to France. The cards make fantastic gifts.
All orders and money should be returned by December 5th.
Try our new website for paying for all school related fees. Go to pay.spps.org. You can add money to your child's lunch account or pay for field trips.
No need to send in checks anymore. It's fast, easy and secure!
