About Mme Faltesek

Bonjour! My name is Madame Anita Faltesek and I will be your child’s Pre-K teacher this year. I am honored to be the one who will guide your child as they start their educational journey and discover the joys of learning and language in our classroom. I am excited to see them develop and grow over the course of the year.

I have been teaching at LNFI ever since I graduated from college in 2011. I even did my student teaching here! Before PreK, I previously taught Kindergarten for 7 years at our school. I love teaching the little ones with their enthusiasm to learn and play! They are the best!

I am a Minnesotan girl who grew up in Little Canada, and now I live close by in North St. Paul. I have attended many local private colleges to further my education, including the University of St. Thomas, Concordia University St. Paul, Bethel University, and St. Catherine's University. During my undergrad, I lived and studied in Nantes, France.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy playing video games (especially Zelda and Animal Crossing), listening to music, and making artistic creations with my kids. I live with my husband Tom, our daughter Ellie, and our son Jack. Both Jack and Ellie go to LNFI. As for pets, we have a dog named Bernie, 2 cockroaches named Cocky and Roachy, a praying mantis named Manny, and a curly hair tarantula named Harry. If you can't tell... we love bugs! We are also thinking about getting a pet lizard.
