About Mme Peterson
Bonjour! My name is Kay Peterson and I am a school social worker at LNFI. I am passionate about social emotional learning, building authentic relationships with students to encourage growth, and working closely with families.
My French education began in 7th grade, and French has opened many doors for me. I was an intern at the European Parliament in 2014 and a Peace Corps volunteer in Benin from 2017-2019. I have been on the hunt for good igname pilé since coming back to the U.S. from Benin!
In my spare time I enjoy hiking, swimming, reading, and trying restaurants on University Ave.
